"It showed up, but later than expected"
I did end up getting it, so that’s fine, but it arrived kind of late. At this point I’m a little tired of having to keep checking on orders and waiting longer than expected. Not the worst experience, just frustrating.

"Privacy seems okay, but I had to be way too patient"
The site worked fine overall, but the privacy info was kind of vague. I found myself having to be patient and dig around more than I wanted just to understand how my data is handled. It would be much better if they explained their data security details more clearly upfront

"I had to do the ID verification on..."
I had to do the ID verification on improv.com i thought it might be a hassle?? But it was straightforward. I uploaded the stuff they asked for, and it went through without any weird errors or delays. Took way less time than I expected. Overall, smooth process and no complaints from me.

"Canceling was easy, but the refund took too long"
Canceling went smoothly enough, so I’ll give them that. But the refund was slower than I expected, and that left a bad impression. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but waiting around for my money back was frustrating.

"Easy and Stress-Free"
I needed to get this course done for the DMV and court, and it ended up being easy to follow. I worked on it after work and was able to finish without any stress. It took a little bit of time, but it wasn’t a big deal, and I got my confirmation like I needed.

"I left feeling like it was…"
I left feeling like it was overpriced. The class itself was fine, like not terrible or anything, but for what they charge I expected a lot more. Maybe more hands-on stuff, or better materials, I don’t know. It just didn’t feel like the value matched the price. I did learn a couple things, but overall I wouldn’t say it was worth the money.

"Easy to Finish on My Own Schedule"
I chose improv.com because I needed to get the course done fairly quickly, and overall it worked out well. The lessons were easy to move through and didn’t feel too drawn out, which I appreciated. I also liked being able to pause and come back whenever I had time. It was straightforward and I finished sooner than I expected. Nothing really stood out as a problem, and the completion process went smoothly too.

"Approval details were confusing?!"
I was expecting the state approval and accreditation info to be easier to find and verify?! It might be fine depending on the state, but I ended up having to double-check everything myself. That made me a little nervous before using it. It wasn’t terrible, just not as clear as I would’ve liked.

"Super easy to use in my own language"
I really liked how simple this was to use, especially in my language. The captions helped me a lot, and there were some nice options to choose from. it made everything feel way less confusing. Then suddenly I was like, wait, why isn’t everything this easy?

I had a small issue with my booking, and support got back to me fast. They handled it the way you’d hope they would, no unnecessary back and forth, no making it more complicated than it needed to be. They fixed it, and I really appreciated that.

"Actually useful"
I was kind of surprised by how helpful this was, honestly. The lessons were clear and not super long, so I could actually get through them after work without feeling like... ugh, another huge thing to do. It didn’t feel boring either, or like it was just covering stuff I already knew. A couple parts maybe moved a little fast, like I had to pause and go back, but overall I got a lot out of it. I’d probably take another course here

"Pretty good, but reminders felt a little last-minute"
Overall, it was okay. The deadlines were clear enough, so I always knew what needed to be done, but some of the reminders felt like they came a bit late. From the tone, I kind of assumed there would be more regular updates, but it was a little inconsistent. Everything worked out in the end, I just wish the communication had been more steady.
